Support
Support for operators running live market workflows.
This is the fastest path for onboarding, coverage, billing, access, and weekly brief questions. If you need direct help, email support@storageautopilot.io and we will route it from there.
Best for
Coverage, briefs, access, and billing
Use support for the operator workflows that block onboarding or weekly delivery, not just general product questions.

One inbox for product support. The fastest messages come from the workspace owner address or the account email used during signup.
Include up front
Account, facility, page, screenshot
Include the account email, facility name, monitored unit when relevant, and a screenshot of the page or brief you were reviewing.
Onboarding and activation
What happens after you add the first location.
If the location sits inside an active covered market, it can move straight into live monitoring. If it falls outside the current footprint, the location is still saved and coverage building starts automatically in the background.
Weekly delivery turns on only after the market has enough live comparable coverage to support a stable brief.
Coverage building
Why a saved location may not be sending yet.
Coverage building means the system is discovering nearby competitors, scanning rates, and working toward the minimum live sample needed for a weekly brief.
Most covered markets activate quickly, but thinner markets can take longer. The location remains saved in the workspace while that market support is being built out.
Weekly brief delivery
How the weekly loop decides what to send.
A location can be marked weekly enabled before it is fully ready to send. The weekly loop only includes locations that are both weekly enabled and ready on live market coverage.
If a location is enabled but still building coverage, it will join the weekly loop automatically once the live sample reaches the threshold.
Access and billing
Sign-in links, recipients, and workspace ownership.
The workspace owner signs in with a magic link. Weekly recipients can be added separately and do not need full workspace access unless you want them logging in.
If billing is active but email access or sign-in is not working, email support@storageautopilot.io from the owner address on the account so we can trace the correct workspace quickly.
What to include
The details that help us resolve issues faster.
Include the account email, facility name, and the page or brief you were using.
If something looks wrong in a market or recommendation, include the monitored unit and a screenshot when possible. That gives us enough context to trace the exact run instead of replying with setup questions first.
Escalate to support
Use direct support when the workflow itself is blocked.
Email support@storageautopilot.io if coverage building stalls for too long, a market assignment looks wrong, a weekly brief does not arrive as expected, or billing completed but access did not.
