1. Service
Storage Autopilot provides software and related services for self-storage operators, including market pricing intelligence, competitor monitoring, generated reports, recurring briefs, workspace features, and related communications. The service is intended to support operational decision-making and does not guarantee occupancy, revenue, pricing performance, or any other business outcome.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use the service only if you have authority to act on behalf of the operator, management company, or business entity associated with the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access, authentication links, and recipient settings, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in a written order form or other written agreement with us. Subscription scope, including location and recipient limits, is described at signup or in the applicable workspace. Except as required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, fees are non-refundable.
4. Coverage and Availability
Service coverage depends on the availability, accuracy, and quality of market, competitor, facility, and other third-party data. Certain locations may enter a coverage-building or similar status before recurring monitoring becomes available. We may delay, modify, limit, or withhold output where live sample quality is insufficient, data sources are unavailable, or continued delivery would produce misleading results.
5. Customer Data and Inputs
You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide facility details, pricing context, recipient information, and other data you submit through the service. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of that information and for any decisions taken in reliance on reports, recommendations, or other output.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to violate law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse rate limits.
- Do not copy, resell, mirror, or republish the service or its output as a competing service without our written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
As between the parties, Storage Autopilot retains all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including the software, workflows, report formats, templates, interfaces, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms, you may use reports and briefs internally for your own operations. Any broader external reuse, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, communications, authentication, mapping, analytics, and data collection. We are not responsible for outages, delays, inaccuracies, or changes attributable to third-party providers, although we may modify our integrations or workflows to respond to those issues where practical.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORAGE AUTOPILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Pricing recommendations, narratives, and other output are informational only and do not constitute legal, accounting, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORAGE AUTOPILOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a manner that creates legal, operational, security, or reputational risk. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may cancel recurring service effective at the end of the then current billing period unless otherwise stated in writing.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
